MANGROVES All Day Dining Restaurant features international cuisine with Balinese ingredients, in a serene setting of oceanfront and mangroves preserve. Our Chef uses a modern and innovative cooking approach combining global flavours with a strong focus on the quality of our ingredients with creativity and originality in our innovative menu presentations.
Our organic vegetables, fruits and spices are locally grown on the estate of sourced from Bedugul farms, our meat from South East Asia, Australia, US and our seafood locally fresh produced directly from Jimbaran Bay.
Our breakfast features all the traditional Balinese delicacies and compliments a buffet with contemporary breakfast favourites to suit all palates.
The buffet serves international meats and cheeses, a selection of fresh house baked pastries, eggs gathered daily from the neighbouring village and a rich assortment of international ingredients and Asian fare. There is something delicious for everyone.

An exciting blend of luxury International and local ingredients gives our dinner menu a mouth-watering appeal. Starters include delicacies such Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab in Sweet Asian Chimichurri, Sauteed Mushroom, Mushroom in Garlic with Wine Sauce on Lemon Toast Bread, Smoked Salmon with Potato Mayo.
Our main courses include Indonesian menu selection; Mangroves styled Wagyu Fried Rice, Babi Sambal Matah – steam back of pork belly in sambal matah served with Balinese steamed rice, Mie Goreng Djawa – fried noodles served with special authentic Javanese sauce, Nasi Goreng Kampung – fried rice with special home-made pasta, Mie Tek-Tek Bandung – stir fried noodles with authentic Bandung sauce, and selection of international fusion; Beesteca Alla Griglia – sirloin steak with grilled vegetables, Filleto Alla Griglia – tenderloin steak served with hashbrown, vegetables and gravy, Gyudon with Foie Grass – Japanese donburi style beef served with egg and foie grass.
